Shipping Policy Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days).

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@risebyphoenix.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
